What you'll do
Your influential mission. You will...
- β’Process monthly payroll information to an external vendor accurately and in compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- β’Ensure payroll calculations (e.g., salaries, bonuses, overtime payments, allowances, taxes, social security contributions, and other deductions) are processed correctly by the external vendor.
- β’Serve as the main point of contact (MPC) across the organization for all matters related to work schedules and attendance reports, including hours worked, shifts, absences, and overtime.
- β’Prepare monthly payroll estimates, forecasts, and related reports.
- β’Manage and track all types of employee leave, including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory absences.
- β’Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records and data.
- β’Organize payroll documentation and ensure it is maintained and archived in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- β’Support payroll-related reporting and assist during internal and external audits.
- β’Compile management reports related to payroll and workforce data.
- β’Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- β’Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, taxes, and leave-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
