What you will do
- •Develop and lead the end-to-end procurement process for all supplier contracts within specific categories;
- •Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring price, quality and service targets exceed business expectations;
- •Manage the sourcing cycle and build strong relationships with suppliers, operating in an environment with high tender volumes and multiple stakeholders;
- •Generate savings concepts and define robust and appropriate savings strategies;
- •Promote innovation, bring in breakthrough ideas and best-in-class approaches;
- •Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology, gaming office management, trading, finance, etc;
- •Evaluate processes critically and lead improvement initiatives where appropriate;
- •Drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools to optimize procurement workflows and enhance efficiency.

What you will bring
- •3-5 years procurement experience within a fast-paced, high-growth industry (Technology, FinTech, or Telecoms preferred);
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Finance, or other relevant discipline;
- •Experience in CIPS would be a plus;
- •Industry experience in B2C Gaming Operators will be considered a plus;
- •Strong leadership qualities with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, capable of driving cross-functional alignment and communicate effectively across all organizational levels;
- •Highly skilled in cultivating and managing strategic, commercial relationships with external organizations and key suppliers to drive long-term business value;
- •Experience driving change initiatives, including process and systems improvements, while constructively challenging the status quo;
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- •Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- •Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate successfully in a cost-focused environment;
- •Prior experience sourcing strategic Tech, Gaming and/or PSP vendors will be considered a plus.
