What you’ll do

- •Translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences that make financial operations feel simple.
- •Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape the future of accounting at Mercury through rapid exploration, experimentation, and thoughtful product strategy.
- •Define shared interaction patterns and visual language across Mercury's accounting ecosystem.
- •Raise the quality bar for accounting experiences across Mercury through exceptional craft and design leadership.

- •Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
- •US employees (any location): $189,000 — $236,200 USD
- •Canadian employees (any location): $178,600 — $223,200 CAD
