What you'll do
- •Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions.
- •Reach out to our users for usability testing based on their feedback.
- •Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient & user-friendly.
- •Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge.
- •Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and externally, and incorporate design feedback.
- •Produce, present and review high-resolution designs with internal team members and client personnel, and incorporate design feedback.
- •Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users.
- •Collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues as part of a cross-functional team, with a Product Owner, Developers and Product Managers.
- •Add value to our wider Product Design team.
- •Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process.
- •Build simple and complex components to ensure product consistency and scalability.
- •Collaborate with front-end engineers to make sure design components are reflected into code.
