Senior Product Manager, CX & AI Tooling

Join Coinbase as a Senior Product Manager to lead CX and AI tooling initiatives, enhancing customer experience through innovative AI solutions. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” The Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) team at Coinbase builds and operates the internal platforms and business systems that power Coinbase at scale.

• •Own the product roadmap for a portfolio of CX and AI tooling, delivering end-to-end across discovery, requirements, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• •Drive identification and prioritization of the highest-impact problems in the CX space.
• •Build AI-integrated features that augment human specialists capabilities.
• •Partner with CX Operations, CX Leadership, and frontline specialists to understand user needs.
• •Define and own success metrics across the portfolio and use data to drive prioritization.

• •Base salary varies by location, with a range of $120K-$200K.
• •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

• •5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful internal tools.
• •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML capabilities to solve real user problems.
• •Experience managing a portfolio of products or features simultaneously.
• •Proven ability to engage meaningfully with engineers on system design.
• •Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight.
