What you'll do
- •Own and optimize the self-serve funnel end to end, from the onboarding flow through go-live and scaling
- •Drive scalable SMB and long-tail acquisition: grow new activated customers, reduce onboarding friction, and improve revenue efficiency
- •Build the upsell/cross-sell motion, surfacing intelligent recommendations self-serve or as qualified opportunities for GTM
- •Partner with GTM to understand the sales and account management flows, find where handoffs break down, and streamline for greater throughput
- •Use funnel analytics, segmentation, and experimentation to find, size, and prioritize the highest-leverage bets
- •Partner cross-functionally with Web, Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, and Sales to ship and measure impact
