What you'll do
- •Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing & securities lending and clearing & settlement systems within the core trading infrastructure.
- •Own the architecture design of clearing and settlement systems — trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multilateral netting, fee and interest settlement, and reconciliation.
- •Improve core margin systems including collateral valuation, cross/isolated margin logic, interest accrual, borrow/lend flows, and liquidation handling.
- •Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex financing and settlement needs into scalable technical solutions.
- •Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
- •Monitor system performance, settlement integrity, and reconciliation accuracy; identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
- •Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
