Overview
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (AI) to join our product team building LLM-based solutions and AI infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (AI) to join our product team, which builds LLM-based solutions, agent systems, and AI infrastructure in production.
Responsibilities
- •Design and develop LLM-based architecture (modular structure, clean domain boundaries)
- •Develop AI agents: ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, memory management, tool use
- •Design and develop agentic harness (agent runtime): execution cycle, tool dispatching, middleware/guardrails, state and memory management
- •Integrate RAG and external tools: chunking strategies, embeddings, vector DB, MCP connectors, external APIs
- •Manage context window and optimize cost/latency
- •Write and optimize prompts, implement guardrails
- •Build observability for AI systems (Langfuse or similar): tracing call chains, logging agent steps, monitoring latency and cost
- •Orchestrate long-lived AI workflows (Temporal)
- •Design REST APIs and asynchronous services
- •Deploy AI infrastructure (GCP Vertex AI / AWS Bedrock)
- •Evaluate LLM workflow efficiency: models, metrics, result quality, eval datasets
- •Work in a product paradigm, decompose tasks, and ensure process transparency
Conditions
- •Work in the office in Limassol (work visa + insurance) or fully remote format
- •Schedule: 9:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri, Cyprus time)

Requirements
- •5+ years of commercial development in Python (FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic)
- •Experience building LLM-based architecture solutions
- •Development of agents on LangChain / LangGraph and building agentic harness (agent runtime: tool-loop, middleware, state, memory)
- •Integration with RAG
- •Understanding of patterns: ReAct, tool use, planning, routing, handoff, memory
- •Experience integrating external tools via MCP
- •Orchestration of long-lived AI workflows (Temporal or similar)
- •Observability for AI systems (Langfuse or similar): tracing, latency, cost
- •Prompt engineering + guardrails
- •Understanding of OAuth, webhook, API design
- •Excellent SQL knowledge
- •Docker
- •Strict typing (mypy) and testing culture (pytest)
- •Experience with agent coding tools (Cursor / Claude Code / Codex)
- •Experience working in Agile
- •Physical presence outside of Russia and Belarus
