Senior Recruiter (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels in the iGaming industry.

• •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to onboarding.
• •Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
• •Source and engage active and passive candidates.
• •Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present hiring recommendations.
• •Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• •Manage offer negotiations and oversee the hiring process through completion.
• •Maintain accurate ATS records (Teamtailor experience is a plus) and recruitment analytics.
• •Track key recruitment metrics and identify process improvements.
• •Strengthen the employer brand through positive candidate experience and diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
