Responsibilities

  • โ€ขInfluence business metrics: grow Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, NGR while tightly controlling Bonus Cost.
  • โ€ขBuild personalization, frequency management, logic, and manage database load.
  • โ€ขConduct data-driven processes: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and perform deep cohort post-analysis.
  • โ€ขCreate a seamless CJM in collaboration with product, analytics, and content teams.

Requirements
