Responsibilities
- โขIndependently design, implement, and test automated and event-driven trigger scenarios.
- โขInfluence business metrics: grow Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, NGR while tightly controlling Bonus Cost.
- โขBuild personalization, frequency management, logic, and manage database load.
- โขConduct data-driven processes: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and perform deep cohort post-analysis.
- โขCreate a seamless CJM in collaboration with product, analytics, and content teams.

Requirements
- โข4+ years of experience in CRM/Retention (iGaming, Fintech, GameDev) with proven ownership of the direction.
- โขIndependence in analytics: ability to work with data without constant involvement of the BI team.
- โขEnglish language proficiency from B2.
- โขExperience in migrating or implementing CRM platforms is a plus.
