What you'll do
- •Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
- •Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
- •Build scalable interviewer enablement programs.
- •Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs.
- •Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs.
- •Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools.
Conditions
- •Base salary range: $166,345 — $195,700 USD.
- •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
