What you'll do
- •Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and performance tuning of mission critical systems.
- •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- •Ensure high availability and acceptable performance of infrastructure resources.
- •Continuously analyze system performance and stability in production.
- •Respond to support escalations.
- •Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems.
- •Maintain adequate system monitoring and alerting.
- •Own and resolve escalated service issues.
- •Provide technical services and support for internal systems, cloud, and network infrastructure.
- •Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring system.
- •Participate in post-incident reviews.
