We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of BroadHub's corporate social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing daily communication with our audience, and strengthening the company's online presence across key platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn a brand's business goals into relevant, engaging social media content and is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. Requirements

  • β€’2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in B2B, iGaming, tech, or fintech.
  • β€’Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
  • β€’Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and platform-specific content formats.
  • β€’Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • β€’Experience creating text, visual, and video content.
  • β€’Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • β€’Understanding of social media analytics, scheduling, and reporting.
  • β€’Strong visual sense and awareness of current social media trends.
  • β€’Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • β€’Willingness to travel internationally once every 1–2 months for industry events.
  • β€’Portfolio of relevant SMM projects is required.

#### Responsibilities

  • β€’Develop and execute BroadHub's social media strategy and content calendar.
  • β€’Manage daily content publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • β€’Create engaging text, visual, and video content covering company news, products, industry insights, partnerships, events, and employer branding.
  • β€’Adapt content and tone of voice for different platforms and audiences.
  • β€’Collaborate with Marketing, Design, PR, Product, and other teams to develop content.
  • β€’Monitor social media trends and competitors and turn relevant trends into content ideas.
  • β€’Manage community engagement, including comments, mentions, and messages.
  • β€’Provide live social media coverage from international expos, conferences, and industry events.
  • β€’Track performance, analyse metrics, and provide recommendations for improving engagement and audience growth.
