Sourcing Manager (Procurement) - Corporate Services

Notion is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across Corporate Services, focusing on cost savings and supplier agreements. • •Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend, helping fund new initiatives while protecting service quality.
• •Build strategic procurement plans with business partners, starting with HR and Facilities/Real Estate, translating business needs into clear sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
• •Operate as an extension of stakeholder teams—surfacing trade-offs early, aligning on decisions, and driving clean execution without last-minute fire drills.
• •Partner closely with Legal and Finance to structure deals the business can live with: clear commercial terms, understood budget impacts, and risk-aware contracting.
• •Reduce risk across our vendor portfolio by strengthening contract coverage, supplier governance, and performance management routines.

• •For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year.
