Role and Responsibilities
- •Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to create test plans and test cases.
- •Perform regression, system integration, user acceptance, and exploratory testing.
- •Undertake manual testing activities, document test results and create defect reports.
- •Develop and execute automated test scripts and contribute to the maintenance of automated test suites.
- •Create and maintain test environments, test lab, test data and documentation.
- •Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to develop a strong understanding of testing objectives.
Desirable Skills
- •Experience with automation tools SmartBear TestComplete.
- •Demonstrated programming and debugging skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- •Experience in performance testing.
- •Experience with TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
- •Exposure to Jira and Confluence.
- •Certifications in software testing qualifications.
We are looking for candidates with the following
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
- •At least 6 years of experience in QA roles with a passion for quality and continuous improvement of product.
- •In-depth knowledge and experience of software testing life cycle.
- •Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in related ceremonies.
- •Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail) and defect tracking tools.
- •Hands on experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
- •Hands on experience with Web Services and Web API. Familiarity with tools like SOAP UI and JMeter.
- •Hands on experience with virtual machines and hypervisors e.g., VMWare and Hyper-V.
