What you'll do
- •Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial contracts and corporate transactions
- •Advise senior executives on legal risks, deal structures, and strategic implications of potential partnerships or acquisitions
- •Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- •Manage outside counsel effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery within established legal budgets
- •Monitor regulatory developments in the UK and Europe that impact corporate investments and commercial operations
- •Streamline internal deal processes and playbooks to improve velocity while maintaining strong risk mitigation
