• •Experience: 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management.
• •Industry Background: Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products).
• •Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with our global and cross-functional teams.
• •Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics.
• •Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• •AI Utilization: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other generative AI productivity tools) to optimize product documentation, workflows, or data analysis.
• •Technical Background: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) or a basic understanding of trading algorithms.
