What you'll do

- •Architect AI systems designed to prevent systemic failure.
- •Build reusable AI capabilities for other engineers and clients.
- •Advise on new AI developments and set the technical roadmap.
- •Act as the senior technical partner to client leadership on AI strategy.
- •Coach Senior Applied AI Engineers and build systems for safer AI.
- •Contribute to recruiting and represent Scale's AI work externally.
