What you'll do
- •Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring operational efficiency across Customer Services, Payments & Risk, and Responsible Gaming teams.
- •Monitoring workflows, sending reports, and driving service level agreements.
- •Creating and maintaining forecasts, short and long term.
- •Ensuring correct forecasting methodologies are in place.
- •Upholding data in the WFM system for accurate forecasting.
- •Analyzing KPIs and making recommendations to improve efficiency.
- •Tracking variance to ensure stakeholders understand “actual vs expected” performance.
- •Presenting forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- •Analyzing large datasets and communicating insights to Operations Management.
- •Preparing root-cause/impact analysis reports for outages or unplanned events.
- •Collaborating with Operations Management to enhance service delivery processes.
- •Tracking changes across various communication channels and adjusting accordingly.
- •Optimizing staffing levels and work schedules based on changing business requirements.
- •Supporting workforce planning functions including Scheduling, Forecasting, and other assigned projects.
- •Handling daily requests, updating schedules, and addressing escalated issues and ad-hoc requests.
- •Performing occasional operational system-related tasks relevant to the serviced providers.
