What you'll do
- •Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation
- •Primarily support hiring needs across Business / Commercial BUs
- •Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice
- •Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
- •Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- •Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation
- •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- •Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring timely delivery against business priorities
