What you'll do
- ā¢Create and control the quality of video creatives (UGC, ads, promo, in-app, animations);
- ā¢Manage a team of motion designers;
- ā¢Develop and maintain visual style;
- ā¢Participate in creating advertising concepts with the creative producer;
- ā¢Optimize production pipeline (speed, templates, automation);
- ā¢Integrate AI tools into the workflow;
- ā¢Mentor and develop designers.
