A large international iGaming company is looking for an experienced Team Lead for Chargeback & Fraud, who will lead the payment disputes and fraud prevention direction with a focus on the Indian market.
What you'll do
- •Lead the full cycle of Chargeback & Fraud for India, manage the team and control SLA;
- •Develop antifraud rules and scoring based on data analysis;
- •Implement and improve KYC processes to reduce chargeback levels;
- •Monitor key fraud metrics and prepare reports;
- •Adapt processes to regulatory changes in India (RBI, Payment and Settlement Systems Act);
- •Interact with banks, PSPs, and payment systems regarding dispute resolution;
- •Collaborate with other teams on the development of antifraud processes.
