What you'll do

  • โ€ขLead, supervise, and actively motivate the live operations team.
  • โ€ขEnsure continuity, quality, and efficiency of live operations.
  • โ€ขConduct monthly group meetings and individual sessions for constructive feedback.
  • โ€ขMonitor service performance during shifts to ensure live streaming standards.
  • โ€ขEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • โ€ขPrepare daily and monthly performance reports for Operations and Finance departments.
  • โ€ขMonitor new operators' performance during their trial period.

Conditions

  • โ€ขFull-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • โ€ขMust be available to rotate weekly or biweekly among three shifts:
  • โ€ขMorning: 6:15 am to 2:00 pm
  • โ€ขAfternoon: 1:45 pm to 9:30 pm
  • โ€ขNight: 9:15 pm to 6:30 am.
