What you'll do
- •Lead, supervise, and actively motivate the live operations team.
- •Ensure continuity, quality, and efficiency of live operations.
- •Conduct monthly group meetings and individual sessions for constructive feedback.
- •Monitor service performance during shifts to ensure live streaming standards.
- •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- •Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for Operations and Finance departments.
- •Monitor new operators' performance during their trial period.
Conditions
- •Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- •Must be available to rotate weekly or biweekly among three shifts:
- •Morning: 6:15 am to 2:00 pm
- •Afternoon: 1:45 pm to 9:30 pm
- •Night: 9:15 pm to 6:30 am.
