What you'll do
- •Lead complex, cross-functional programs that deliver high-impact technical initiatives across the organization.
- •Drive end-to-end program execution by managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across engineering and product organizations.
- •Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align on priorities, scope, and success metrics.
- •Enable the adoption of standardized processes and best practices for data governance, platform modernization, and trusted data management.
- •Remove execution blockers, monitor progress against program goals, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- •Foster collaboration across multiple organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- •Communicate progress to technical and executive stakeholders.
- •Improve execution frameworks and program health.
