Overview
Plaid is seeking a TechOps Engineer to improve and own systems crucial for company operations. The role involves automation, security, and collaboration with various teams. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use.
What you'll do
- •Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
- •Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, with a preference for policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
- •Build and maintain automation that reduces repetitive support burden
- •Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling that improves team and company productivity
- •Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for the systems the team owns
- •Actively own and support company-wide SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- •Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on planned work that crosses into the team's systems or areas of expertise
- •Work from the office 3 days per week
