What you'll do
- •Serve as the primary operational point of contact during U.S. trading hours for the team's global production environment
- •Monitor end-to-end trading workflows, including market connectivity, data availability and quality, and scheduled model and optimization processes
- •Respond to alerts, failed jobs, and degraded systems; resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently and partner with developers on deeper problems
- •Develop a broad understanding of the team's systems, dependencies, and trading workflows
- •Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, documentation, and support processes; automate repetitive work and implement safe, well-scoped code or configuration changes
- •Coordinate regional handoffs and communicate clearly with quantitative researchers, engineers, and middle-office teams
- •Other duties as assigned or needed
