Bee Talents is looking for a UI Designer for Naturaily, a software development company. The role involves designing interfaces, building design systems, and collaborating with clients. Remote work is available for candidates within Poland. Hi, we’re Bee Talents, and since 2015 we’ve been helping companies build teams across various industries around the world. Today, we’d like to invite you to take part in a recruitment process for our client, Naturaily. Naturaily is a software development company with 13+ years of experience delivering web design and e-commerce development services. The team specializes in creating fast, scalable, and flexible digital solutions for clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Their projects range from headless Shopify storefronts and SaaS platforms to custom websites. With 200+ successful projects, a 30-person team, and an average rating of 4.9/5 on Clutch, Naturaily has built a reputation for direct, no-fluff collaboration and measurable results.
What you'll do
- •Design interfaces for websites and e-commerce stores, including high-quality custom storefronts and modern Jamstack and headless websites.
- •Build and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and documentation that keep projects consistent.
- •Lead design workshops and client conversations directly.
- •Translate business needs into visual concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
- •Think through micro-interactions and motion that support the user experience, such as transitions, scroll effects, and hover states, and translate them into clear specifications or assets for developers to implement.
- •Partner closely with development, marketing, and business teams.
- •Explore and apply AI tools where they genuinely improve and speed up your process, including research, concept generation, and prototyping.
- •Contribute to project estimations and scoping.
- •Stay current with UI and UX trends and apply them with intention.
- •Communicate in English daily with international clients, both in writing and verbally.
What you can expect
- •International projects and clients, with opportunities to collaborate with development teams from around the world.
- •Real input into the direction of Naturaily’s design processes and products.
- •Ownership of your own projects, with the freedom to run them your way.
- •Modern tools, including AI solutions that support your design work.
- •A training and conference budget.
- •Flexible working hours.
- •A co-financed MultiSport card and private healthcare.
What you bring
- •5+ years of commercial UI design experience across web and e-commerce.
- •A portfolio of real commercial projects, which will be the basis of the interview, so please include it with your application.
- •Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
- •Strong Figma skills.
- •Genuine curiosity about AI tools in design, including Figma AI, image generation, and AI-powered research or concept tools. Naturaily is still exploring best practices too, so openness matters more than mastery.
- •Fluent written and spoken English.
- •A strong eye for current UI and UX trends and an understanding of when to apply them.
- •Confidence in analyzing data and drawing relevant conclusions.
- •Independence and ownership; you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
- •Strong communication skills and confidence leading client workshops.
Nice to have
- •Hands-on experience with web animation tools such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie.
- •Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- •Experience writing design-related articles or blog posts.
- •An active presence on Dribbble or Behance.
- •Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or UserTesting.
- •Previous experience working at a software development company.
- •3D visualization skills. This would be a genuine bonus rather than something Naturaily expects candidates to have.
