Unity Developer (Multiplayer RTS)

Bulberry Studio is looking for a Unity Developer to join their team for a dynamic multiplayer RTS game. Work remotely with a flexible schedule and contribute to creating an engaging gameplay experience. We are Bulberry Studio, we continue to expand and are looking for another developer to join our team. We are developing a dynamic session-based strategy (Wargard, iOS/Android) and are looking for a Unity developer who, like us, is passionate about great gameplay and clean code.

• •Design and maintain scalable architecture for a mobile RTS game
• •Configure and optimize multiplayer systems using Photon Quantum
• •Optimize game performance for Android and iOS
• •Develop core RTS mechanics — units, abilities, perks, animations, interface, and more
• •Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• •Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other developers
• •Participate in code reviews and conduct them for the team

• •Confident experience in developing multiplayer games in Unity
• •Excellent knowledge of C#, SOLID principles, and architectural patterns
• •Practical experience with networking solutions (Photon, Mirror, Unity Netcode)
• •Skills in optimizing performance for mobile devices
• •Knowledge of DI containers (Zenject, VContainer)
• •Experience customizing graphics through URP, SRP, or HLSL
• •Understanding of architectural patterns (MVx, FSM, ECS)
• •SDK integration and analytics implementation
• •Experience with Photon Quantum
• •Use of AI agents for analysis, search, and controlled implementation of technical solutions
