Overview
FANzino is looking for an Unreal Technical Artist to support and optimize the graphics pipeline for live games. Join us in creating innovative online gambling experiences. FANzino is a B2B provider of a new format of games in the online gambling sector. We create scalable live games of the next generation without physical studios, using video compositing, emulation, and real-time result generation.
Responsibilities
- •Prepare and optimize scenes, materials, instances, and assets.
- •Analyze performance in Unreal Insights/Profiler, eliminate CPU/GPU bottlenecks, optimize FPS, Draw Calls, and Overdraw.
- •Develop Blueprints, helper scripts, and tools for artists.
- •Control the quality of Game Ready assets (poly budgets, LOD, atlases, standards).
- •Set up master materials, lighting, Lumen, and Ray Tracing.
- •Maintain project pipeline: documentation, Naming Conventions, asset structure, and automatic validation.
- •Work with Sequencer and AI pipeline (ComfyUI, ControlNet, LoRA) as needed.

Requirements
- •Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 5+ (Niagara, Sequencer, Material Editor).
- •Advanced Blueprints, knowledge of C++ or Python.
- •Experience preparing and integrating 3D assets (Blender or other DCC).
- •Working with external data, Input systems, Spatial Sync, and reactive scene logic.
- •Development of custom shaders, understanding of Real-Time compositing.
- •Deep skills in optimizing scenes, materials, and shaders.
- •Basic understanding of NDI / RTMP / WebRTC / OBS / Pixel Streaming.
