What you'll do
- ā¢Edit video ads for social and programmatic channels from raw materials, AI-generated content, and briefs
- ā¢Use AI generation tools as a core part of the workflow, including AI-generated videos for the adult vertical
- ā¢Develop hook variations and test different creative approaches for various formats and platforms
- ā¢Work within established advertising structures (e.g., three-act brief) while bringing your ideas on pacing and style
- ā¢Rapid iteration based on performance data and feedback
- ā¢Coordinate with media buyers on what converts and what needs updating
Conditions
- ā¢Payment: $3,000/month base rate + 10% of profits
- ā¢Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week
