What you'll do

  • โ€ขAnalyze behavior, retention, monetization, and activity of VIP clients.
  • โ€ขMonitor key metrics: LTV, ARPU, GGR/NGR, deposits, withdrawals, churn, reactivation, bonus cost.
  • โ€ขBuild dashboards, reports, and analytics for business teams.
  • โ€ขSupport VIP, CRM, Retention, and Product teams with analytical insights.
  • โ€ขSegment VIP clients and identify growth points, churn risks, and reactivation opportunities.
  • โ€ขAnalyze the effectiveness of VIP campaigns, bonus programs, and special offers.
  • โ€ขEnsure data quality, reconcile metrics, and prepare ad hoc analytics.
