What you'll do
- โขAnalyze behavior, retention, monetization, and activity of VIP clients.
- โขMonitor key metrics: LTV, ARPU, GGR/NGR, deposits, withdrawals, churn, reactivation, bonus cost.
- โขBuild dashboards, reports, and analytics for business teams.
- โขSupport VIP, CRM, Retention, and Product teams with analytical insights.
- โขSegment VIP clients and identify growth points, churn risks, and reactivation opportunities.
- โขAnalyze the effectiveness of VIP campaigns, bonus programs, and special offers.
- โขEnsure data quality, reconcile metrics, and prepare ad hoc analytics.
