- ā¢Prepare reports and KPI tracking
VIP Call Center / Support
- ā¢Communicate with VIP players via chat, email and calls
- ā¢Handle incoming VIP requests and support cases
- ā¢Assist with KYC verification and document checks
- ā¢Escalate complex VIP issues when needed
- ā¢Work with internal systems (CRM / JIRA or similar)
- ā¢Ensure fast, high-quality VIP service and resolution
