What you'll do
Manage relationships with VIP clients in the local market.
- •Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts.
- •Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, including management rules and monitoring of key customer status.
- •Analyze client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.
- •Drive growth of potential clients through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns.
- •Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and conversions among VIP tiers.
- •Maintain accurate data and information for weekly updates and analysis.
