What you'll do
- •Manage and develop the VIP player base.
- •Build long-term relationships with VIP clients.
- •Communicate with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, online chats, and phone.
- •Reactivate inactive VIP players.
- •Prepare personalized bonus offers, quests, cashbacks, free spins, and other promotions.
- •Analyze player activity, deposits, and behavior.
- •Work on increasing Retention, LTV, NGR, and reducing Churn Rate.
- •Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Support teams.
- •Support VIP players during tournaments, promotions, and special campaigns.
- •Ensure a high level of service and promptly resolve any customer issues.
