Responsibilities
- •Coordinate the work of heads of Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships.
- •Control the execution of commercial plans and achievement of key performance indicators.
- •Develop and enhance the commercial reporting, forecasting, and results control system.
- •Analyze the effectiveness of sales processes, client support, and partnership programs, initiating improvements.
- •Ensure effective interaction between commercial departments and other company functions.
- •Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity and scale existing processes.
- •Monitor the implementation of cross-functional initiatives affecting business growth and client service quality.
- •Support the implementation of best management practices, planning, and operational efficiency.
- •Identify and minimize operational risks within the commercial block.
- •Support the development of department heads and foster a culture of accountability for results.

Requirements
- •At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar areas.
- •Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry.
- •Experience with SaaS products or platform solutions.
- •Experience managing multiple commercial functions simultaneously.
- •Practical experience in building and optimizing business processes in commercial departments.
- •Understanding of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and partnership programs.
- •Experience working with international markets and distributed teams.
- •Strong leadership qualities and experience managing department heads.
- •Confident skills in KPI management, analytics, forecasting, and management reporting.
- •Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- •English language at least at B2 level.
