Responsibilities
- •Coordinate and supervise the assignment of activities within the designated area, supporting the supervisor in meeting daily objectives.
- •Ensure timely and efficient material flow to meet established production schedules.
- •Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues through immediate actions and root cause determination.
- •Monitor and follow up on performance indicators, operational reports, and productivity levels.
- •Train, guide, and support less experienced colleagues to ensure compliance with area standards.
- •Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization.
- •Analyze documentation and operational information to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to the supervisor.
- •Follow up on pending materials and control the progress of orders and requirements.
- •Use manufacturing and business management systems such as SAP, MIS, MATRIX, or other databases related to daily activities.
- •Manage and follow up on incident cases until resolution.
- •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- •Provide support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and documentation to perform their functions.
- •Manage daily returns and reconciliations of materials.
Requirements
- •Education: Completed secondary education or finished technical studies. Higher or technical studies related to logistics, warehouses, or manufacturing are valued.
- •Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments.
- •Knowledge and Skills:
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related tools).
- •Desirable experience in ERP systems like SAP and incident tracking tools.
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to work in a team and establish positive working relationships.
- •Effective verbal and written communication.
- •Ability to adapt to dynamic and constantly changing environments.
- •High commitment to punctuality, attendance, and meeting objectives.
