Responsibilities
- β’Coordinate and supervise the assignment of activities within the designated area, supporting the supervisor in meeting daily objectives.
- β’Ensure timely and efficient material flow to meet established production schedules.
- β’Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues through immediate actions and root cause determination.
- β’Monitor and follow up on performance indicators, operational reports, and productivity levels.
- β’Train, guide, and support less experienced colleagues to ensure compliance with area standards.
- β’Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization.
- β’Analyze documentation and operational information to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to the supervisor.
- β’Follow up on pending materials and control the progress of orders and requirements.
- β’Use manufacturing and business management systems such as SAP, MIS, MATRIX, or other databases related to daily activities.
- β’Manage and follow up on incident cases until resolution.
- β’Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- β’Provide support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and documentation to perform their functions.
- β’Manage daily returns and reconciliations of materials.
Requirements
- β’Education: Completed secondary education or finished technical studies. Higher or technical studies related to logistics, warehouses, or manufacturing are valued.
- β’Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments.
- β’Knowledge and Skills:
- β’Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related tools).
- β’Desirable experience in ERP systems like SAP and incident tracking tools.
- β’Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- β’Ability to work in a team and establish positive working relationships.
- β’Effective verbal and written communication.
- β’Ability to adapt to dynamic and constantly changing environments.
