What you'll get to do

- •Manage video production from concept and filming to editing and publishing
- •Write video scripts in English and Russian
- •Organize shoots with remote hosts and UGC creators
- •Analyze key metrics including views, retention, and conversions, and use these insights to test new formats and hypotheses
