What You'll Do

  • •Work with Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts — providing senior regional coverage, executive relationship depth, and commercial momentum through frequent in-market engagement that the current team can't deliver from outside the region.
  • •Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships across ASEAN.
  • •Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities in key ASEAN industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
  • •Lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver.
  • •Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver customized solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
  • •Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go-to-market strategy, providing critical feedback to shape product roadmap and regional approach.
  • •Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions tailored to ASEAN market needs.
  • •Represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia: build executive relationships with enterprise and partner stakeholders and develop Anthropic's profile with the Southeast Asian technology community.

Logistics

  • •Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • •Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
  • •Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position.
  • •Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
  • •Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

What We're Looking For

  • •8-12+ years in enterprise GTM, business development, or account management with direct Southeast Asia operating experience — in-market, not advisory.
  • •A track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals in the ASEAN market by understanding multifaceted technical requirements and crafting tailored solutions.
  • •Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two additional ASEAN markets.
  • •Based in, or willing to relocate to, Sydney, Australia, with eligibility to work in Australia and the ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
  • •Strong commercial instincts: able to identify, prioritize, and advance high-value opportunities without heavy oversight.
  • •Comfortable as a generalist regional presence — equally effective in an enterprise sales conversation, a partnership discussion, or a government stakeholder introduction.
