Overview
Join an international iGaming company as an Affiliate Manager to develop partnerships in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Remote position with competitive salary and KPI bonuses. We are an international iGaming company actively expanding our presence in new markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop our affiliate network in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
What You Will Do
- •Search, attract, and develop affiliates and webmasters in Uzbekistan and/or Azerbaijan.
- •Develop and scale the affiliate network.
- •Full support for partners: search, negotiations, onboarding, and further development.
- •Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
- •Analyze key metrics: FTD, deposits, ROI, Retention.
- •Optimize and scale the most effective partners and traffic sources.

What Is Required
- •Proficient in Uzbek or Azerbaijani.
- •Proficient in Russian.
- •Experience in affiliate marketing (experience in iGaming is a plus).

- •Analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs.
- •English at a working level.
