- •Work with VIP players: provide support, create personalized offers, and enhance retention levels.
- •Set up CRM communications (Email, Push) by segments, triggers, and user scenarios.
- •Analyze key metrics (Churn Rate, Retention Rate, LTV, DAU/MAU) and develop initiatives for improvement.
- •Conduct A/B testing, validate hypotheses, and scale successful mechanics.
- •Collaborate with product, marketing, and CRM teams to enhance player retention systems.
