What you'll do
- •Own the business development motion for a defined portfolio of Gold-tier and Rising Silver partners in EMEA.
- •Co-develop structured GTM plans with partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline volume.
- •Lead partner industry workshops and structured partner GTM campaigns.
- •Translate the Databricks Brickbuilder program into live partner GTM plays.
- •Execute the Power-of-3 motion within your partner portfolio.
- •Build GTM capacity inside your partner portfolio.
- •Own the partner-facing governance model for your portfolio.
- •Run co-marketing investment decisions for your portfolio.
