Responsibilities
- β’Team Leadership: Directly manage and provide strong, hands-on leadership to assigned marketing operations workflows, events, social media, and community teams.
- β’Execution & Accountability: Act as the primary operational engine within your managed marketing functions, enforcing high accountability, rigorous tracking, and strict adherence to project deadlines without compromise.
- β’Workflow Optimization: Translate marketing strategies into actionable operational workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining internal processes to maximize team output.
- β’Cross-Functional Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and quality control of assigned events, social media campaigns, and community growth initiatives.
- β’Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across all managed functions to ensure alignment with overall business growth.
- β’Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the SVP of Marketing and cross-functional leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement swift, effective solutions.

Requirements
- β’8+ years of experience in general marketing management, marketing operations, or growth roles within tech, e-commerce, fintech, or fast-paced global environments.
- β’Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal) is strictly required.
- β’Deep, foundational understanding of core marketing principles, campaign dynamics, and operational frameworks.
- β’Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams with direct people-management responsibility.
- β’An ultra-strong execution-focused and result-oriented mindset; highly resilient and comfortable making firm decisions under intense pressure.
- β’Assertive leadership style with a proven ability to push teams forward, challenge excuses, and hold team members strictly accountable to timelines and deliverable quality.
