What you'll do
- •Maintain employee data and HR records across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and documentation.
- •Support onboarding and offboarding operations, including system account setup and data entry, cross-functional coordination, and email communications.
- •Handle employee daily requests, general information updates, and document management.
- •Review and maintain OT and leave records to ensure accuracy.
- •Handle employee benefit administration and reimbursement processes.
- •Support other ad-hoc HR team tasks, activities and events.
