A Typical Day
- •Build, maintain, and effectively utilize automated tests.
- •Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure robust test coverage for features and releases.
- •Actively participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- •Contribute to improving existing automation frameworks to support new functionalities and optimize quality and efficiency.
- •Collaborate with CI/CD team to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring thorough test coverage at every stage of development.
- •Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities, isolate issues, and verify bug fixes.
- •Debug issues found during testing and after release.
- •Be a player of our high-performance team to ensure code quality, commitment to craft and operational excellence.
- •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and other QE teams, in a fast-paced environment with short release cycles.
- •Learn and apply AI-assisted tooling (LLMs) to accelerate test creation and maintenance.

Your Expertise
- •1–2 years of experience in software development or test automation. Recent grads with relevant internship or project experience are welcome.
- •Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, or Java).
- •Some exposure to writing automated tests or working with a testing framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Espresso, XCUITest) — through work, internships, or personal projects.
- •Understanding of basic testing concepts, and eagerness to learn the testing pyramid, CI/CD, and quality best practices.
- •Curiosity about applying AI/LLMs to testing and developer productivity.
- •Comfortable collaborating in English.
- •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
