Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the execution of the project by building a detailed schedule, milestones, and action plan, then track actual progress to ensure commitments are met.
  • Coordinate contributors and dependencies by facilitating follow-up meetings, orchestrating cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth information flow between stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, budget, and discrepancies by keeping track of risks, decisions, alerts, and potential deviations to secure project delivery.
  • Prepare governance and decision-making instances by producing reliable reporting and providing necessary visibility for decisions and project tracking.
  • Ensure quality of execution and transition to operations by organizing commissioning, transfer to operations teams, closure documentation, and feedback.

Requirements

  • A Bac+5 degree and between five to eight years of experience in project management, corresponding to a confirmed or senior level.
  • Solid mastery of project management including planning, budget tracking, risk management, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
  • Good understanding of IT delivery culture and project lifecycle as well as knowledge of digital and application projects, production deployment, and service quality issues.
  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in demanding contexts, ideally on international IT projects and in constrained environments.
  • Rigorous and reliable organization combined with clear communication, a sense of commitment, and the ability to anticipate dependencies, planning deviations, and risks related to the transition to operations.
