What You Will Do

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivered to players and the business.
  • Gather and transform business, user, and regulatory needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
  • Contribute to discovery work with Product Designers to identify opportunities for improving user journeys.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure the impact of deliveries.
  • Balance priorities by reconciling business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
  • Engage stakeholders around the product roadmap and support the continuous improvement of Front journeys.

What Is Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Delivery, ideally in an agile, B2C digital environment with strong dependencies.
  • A solid product culture, enabling you to manage a backlog, prioritize effectively, structure complex needs, and collaborate with Product, Design, Tech, and Data teams.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on data, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide product trade-offs.
  • Aptitude to reconcile business challenges, user experience, and technical constraints while demonstrating diplomacy, clarity, and influence with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong product curiosity and benchmarking culture, keeping abreast of market trends, challenging the status quo, and identifying new improvement opportunities for players.
  • Fluent English is mandatory to ensure effective communication with various teams.
