What You Will Do

  • Write test plans from the design phase to integrate quality aspects early.
  • Manage the test repository and contribute to defining acceptance tests with the Product Owner.
  • Perform application testing, functional and end-to-end manual tests to secure non-automatable paths and ensure delivery quality.
  • Qualify and analyze anomalies detected in UAT or production, test failures, and instability phenomena to facilitate resolution and improve reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated front-end test scripts and frameworks, prioritizing critical high-value business paths.
  • Prioritize automation of critical high-value business paths to limit visible regressions for users.
  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to establishing quality gates to accelerate and ensure qualification cycles.
  • Document automation standards, optimize test suites, and continuously improve testing practices to enhance release quality.

What You Should Have

  • Experience with one or more of the following automation tools/frameworks: Maestro, XCUITest, Espresso, Appium.
  • At least 4 years of experience in test automation, software quality, or development in a high-release web environment.
  • Mastery of front-end automation frameworks, CI/CD practices, and good development practices to design reliable, maintainable tests integrated into the delivery cycle.
  • Ability to understand critical B2B transactional user paths and prioritize testing actions based on business risks and production deployment issues.
  • Analytical mindset and a strong inclination for investigation to identify root causes of anomalies and sustainably improve product quality.
  • Rigorous and persistent to maintain a high level of demand, even in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to make quality a collective responsibility.
  • Fluent English (written, spoken, read) is mandatory.
