What you'll do
๐ What you will do: โ๏ธ Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process; โ๏ธ Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis; โ๏ธ Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering; โ๏ธ Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases; โ๏ธ Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base; โ๏ธ Support and mentor junior agents.
