What you'll do
- •Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand overall demand planning for key customer use cases.
- •Lead account strategy and execution plans post Technical Win for key use cases.
- •Act as the technical lead for specific use cases and customers, working with multiple sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- •Drive onboarding, enablement, success, production, and healthy usage for workloads that customers have decided to implement on Databricks.
- •Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues or questions related to production and operations of agreed use cases.
- •Develop execution plans covering all technical roles and teams interacting with customers to cover key use cases transitioning to production.
- •Report regularly on KPIs related to usage and customer status to the Technical GM.
