What You'll Do
- •Lead customer and player research initiatives, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction, and brand tracking programs.
- •Conduct in-depth analyses of new and emerging markets, evaluating market size, growth potential, regulatory environments, and customer behavior to support expansion strategies.
- •Monitor the competitive landscape, identifying industry trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- •Measure and optimize marketing return on investment (ROI) by evaluating campaign and channel performance.
- •Translate research findings into executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations that influence product, marketing, and business decisions.
- •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Market Analytics team while establishing research standards and best practices.
- •Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance to align market insights with forecasting, planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- •Manage relationships with external research vendors and panel providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective research.
- •Stay current on emerging research methodologies, analytics tools, and trends within the gaming and consumer markets.

What We're Looking For
- •Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- •10+ years of experience in market research, market analytics, or competitive intelligence, including at least 3 years leading teams.
- •Demonstrated experience designing and managing customer research programs such as NPS, satisfaction, and brand tracking studies.
- •Experience conducting competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments to support strategic planning and expansion.
- •Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, ROI analysis, and campaign attribution.
- •Advanced analytical skills with experience using research and statistical tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Python, or R.
- •Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex insights to executive leadership.
- •Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple high-impact research initiatives simultaneously.
- •Experience managing external research agencies and vendor partnerships.
- •Master's degree, professional market research certification, and/or gaming industry experience are considered a plus.
